Genzyme Treatment Support is available to help patients obtain and maintain their insurance coverage. This service is voluntary and confidential, and all personal, financial, and medical information will remain private.

Genzyme Treatment Support can assist in many important ways:

• Educating insurers about Fabry disease
• Educating individuals about available health insurance and helping them review their policies
• Coordinating the exchange of information between physicians, third-party payors, and patients to obtain coverage approval
• Serving as a resource to patients and their families who are seeking alternative funding options
